One phone. Two lives

One phone. Two lives 🐐

The Severed Phone:
Severance S4

Insight: In 2024 80% of companies reported using employee monitoring tools of any kind. At the same time 80% of workers see employer monitoring of devices an invasion of privacy.

Idea:
What if your phone knew when to be at work… and when to clock-out? In a world where most companies blur the line between personal and professional, Severance dares to split it clean.

Execution:
For the launch of Season 4, we’ve reimagined the smartphone as a severed device: one life when you’re on the clock, another when you’re off.

Two realities. One body. No crossover.

It’s a seamless way to protect your privacy and keep boundaries clear.

Innie Mode
for work hours. Your social apps disappear, and a protective firewall ensures employers can’t monitor your personal activity.

Outie Mode
for personal time. All work-related apps vanish, leaving you free to disconnect without intrusion.

It’s like having two phones—without the hassle or the shady vibes.

Launch Film

The Severed Phone feature launch is timed with the release of Severance Season 4.

We have the office supervisor Milchick conduct a keynote presentation that is released on instagram and TikTok.
